About us

Perfect location

Willa 4 Pory Roku and Willa Uznam are pensions, connected by a beautiful garden, in the historical, oldest and exceptionally cozy part of the coastal district. Ideally located - just a few minutes' walk north of the beautiful sandy beach.

A 3-minute walk to the south takes you to a green enclave of tranquility. The spa gardens extend around the villa. The old oaks, chestnuts and pines create beautiful views and quiet places for walks.

Nature trails in the countryside invite you to do sports, i.e. jogging, Nordic walking, rollerblading or cycling.

We recommend our location for those who like roller skating. In 2011 a very modern surface was put into operation, about 5 km long along the sea. Inline skating has never been so fun!

Family atmosphere

Willa 4 Pory Roku and Willa Uznam are cozy houses with the character of a family pension. A small number of rooms offer our guests peace and quiet and a pleasant atmosphere. We have designed the rooms and bathrooms with the comfort and convenience of our guests in mind. This makes them feel at home here and will be happy to come back to us.

The rooms are equipped with a flat screen TV, kettle, refrigerator. Each room has a bathroom with shower. The bathroom has towels and personal care products i.e. shampoo / soap. For the comfort of all guests, the rooms are non-smoking.

We offer double rooms, rooms with balcony / terrace and apartments / studios with fully equipped kitchens.

The blooming garden offers relaxation from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Here you rest amid the twittering of birds and blissful silence. Away from the noisy promenade, occasionally interrupted by the clatter of horses' hooves, carriages drive past the villa.

There is a parking lot on the villa grounds. The internet in the rooms is free of charge.

Swinoujscie is one of the most attractive cities on the Polish coast and is located at the very end of north-west Poland. It is the only city in Poland that is located on several dozen islands, the picturesque Swina Back Delta, which consists of about 40 islands and islets. The city limits are: the Szczecin Lagoon, the Baltic Sea and the state border with Germany. Up to 22% of its area is green, often natural, in the east the city extends to Międzyzdroje. In the new administrative structure, Swinoujscie has the status of a city with district rights and is one of the largest in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship. It covers an area of 195 km2 and here it is unusual for it to expand its area every year. As the sea has receded over the past two hundred years, the coastline has shifted 1.5 km. The city is located in the land of 44 islands, but only three of them are inhabited: Uznam, Wolin and Karsibór.
